Job summary

Prologis in Toronto, Canada seeks a Real Estate & Operations Lead to run property operations and customer experience across the Greater Toronto Area. Qualifications

• Seven or more years of progressive commercial real estate or property management experience.
• At least three years of people leadership, coaching and performance management.
• Experience overseeing industrial property operations, tenant relations and capital projects.
• Experience managing operating and capital budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
• Ability to interpret leases and apply property management, safety and risk practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the RECX Manager, RECX Coordinator, and three Maintenance Technicians.
• Set goals, clarify accountabilities, address performance, and build an inclusive, accountable team.
• Set regional RECX priorities and operating plans aligned with portfolio strategy and customer needs.
• Oversee property operations, tenant relations, maintenance, and service requests.
• Develop property plans and oversee capital projects from budgeting through handover.
• Build customer relationships and monitor service response, trends, and records.
