Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop, interpret, and communicate financial models for land acquisitions.
• Prepare valuation models for development projects and analyze costs, risks, and returns.
• Provide strategic insights using location and market data to inform acquisitions and repositioning.
• Improve tools and templates for project evaluation.
• Present findings to internal and external stakeholders with clarity.
• Track progress and updates on all pipeline projects.
• Participate in internal development and investment meetings.
• Provide financial and real estate focused analytical support.
