Responsibilities

• Record month-end adjusting entries and capital entries for funds and properties.
• Monitor cash flow activities and prepare investor distributions.
• Assist with coding of invoices to the correct fund and ledger accounts.
• Prepare financial statements for internal and external users.
• Prepare year-end audit and tax working papers within deadlines.
• Prepare month-end reporting for external parties.
• Liaise with management and third-party providers.
• Complete ad-hoc projects for reporting purposes.
• Assist with other department functions as required.
