Infrastructure Ontario is seeking a Business Performance Analyst to support the integrity, governance, and performance of real estate inventory processes. You will develop dashboards, perform data analytics, and deliver performance reporting to enable strategic decisions.

You will collaborate with internal units, IT, and external partners to validate data, track KPIs and ensure timely, auditable data updates across systems.

Formación

• Experience in business analysis, performance reporting, data analytics, governance or similar analytical roles.
• Proven ability to develop dashboards, scorecards, and reports using intelligence platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills to interpret complex data and make recommendations.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze large and complex data sets to identify trends and root causes for data quality.
• Execute monthly quality assurance activities for asset inventory data and related analytics.
• Maintain audit-ready inventory processes with traceable documentation.
• Support governance by monitoring KPIs and SLAs and presenting improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to validate data from multiple sources.
• Ensure timely updates and integration of real estate inventory data with IT systems.
• Contribute to IO’s Data Strategy for real estate inventory.
