You’ll hunt for leads, cultivate relationships with potential customers, and assess their wants and needs to help them find that perfect property. Compensation: $75,000 - $250,000

Responsibilities:
  1. Compile representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for homebuyers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experience.
  2. Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate qualified leads.
  3. Seek out potential homebuyers and provide them with information on available properties that meet their needs and budget.
  4. Be the main point of contact between buyer and seller to ensure a successful sale.
  5. Host open houses to build relationships with prospective homebuyers and introduce them to their local real estate market.
  6. Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller to achieve desired results.
Qualifications:
  1. Experience with the local real estate market and general trends.
  2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  3. At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience.
  4. Must have a valid Ontario Real Estate License and be able to travel by car.
  5. Demonstrated a consistent record of sales success.
  6. Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market conditions and recent industry trends.
  7. Bonus if you love learning about Real Estate Investment properties.
