Job description

This position will bring forth the best of your attributes and skills, maximizing your success through continual learning, while working alongside some of the best in the business. Your mastery of online office programs and organizational tools for data is key. Your knowledge of Paragon, Webforms, LTSA, and Strata documents is a bonus, but not a necessity (we're happy to show the right candidate the ropes).

Your ability to switch gears, prioritize needs, and effective problems solving are crucial. But your character, self-motivation, and drive to succeed in the high demands of real estate are indispensable.

Responsibilities:
  • CMA groundwork
  • CRM maintenance and management
  • Tending to the lifecycle of a Sale and/or Purchase
  • Client communication
  • Lead/Showing follow-up
  • Email and Calendar management
  • Marketing preparation
  • Occasional errands
  • Office conservation
Qualifications:
  • Ability to quickly and accurately complete very detailed work
  • Great interpersonal skills and excellent written communication
  • Enjoy working in a dynamic environment where no task is above or below you
  • Constant drive to improve client experience and internal processes: "How can I make things better?"
  • Able to prioritize and manage a range of responsibilities
  • Proficient in multiple computer programs
  • Maintain confidentiality when assisting in problem-solving for clients and the team
  • Ability to decipher and retain key facts, important information, and directives
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Valid BC driver's license and reliable vehicle
Compensation:

$60,000 yearly + Bonus Structure
