McCone Properties, Dubai's leading real estate brokerage, is looking for energetic people with no experience. Relocate to Dubai within 1–3 months; we train you from zero and help you obtain RERA licensing. This is commission-only, with no salary, and our top earner has earned millions.

You will help clients buy, sell and rent Dubai property, build trust, show markets, and close deals. We provide leads, marketing support and an in-house CRM.

The job is simple to describe and hard to do: help clients buy, sell and rent Dubai property. You find them, earn their trust, show them the market, and close their deals.

In 2013 I was a fresh graduate in Barcelona, and nobody was calling me back. My father, newly retired after twenty years flying for Emirates, was buying an apartment in Dubai. He asked the brokerage for a favour: would they give his son an interview?

They did. I flew out, started from zero, and never left. Twelve years later, McCone Properties is one of Dubai's leading brokerages - a team of 200+ people from all over the world.

A few years in, my mother Johanna joined the company. Her CV was twenty-five years spent raising the five of us - no real estate, no sales. She became one of our best agents.

The point is, we don't expect years of sales experience. We look for hungry, motivated people who are set on becoming very successful - whatever their age.

The honest picture

Commission only means exactly that: no salary. Some agents reach a stable income in their first couple of months; others need longer. That is why we recommend around six months of savings - runway to learn the market and build your pipeline properly. After that there is no ceiling: 50-70% commission, paid daily. The US$2.4M above is our best earner, not our average. But he is real.
