Qualifications

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated, analytical, detailed oriented and entrepreneurial candidate to join our team as a CRE Advisory Associate within the Real Estate Advisory Group. In this role, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial advisory services to clients in the real estate industry, helping them optimize their portfolios, make informed decisions, and achieve financial & investment goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks within the real estate sector.
• Develop and analyze financial models to evaluate the performance and potential returns of real estate assets and portfolios.
• Assist clients in optimizing their real estate portfolios through asset repositioning, redevelopment, and strategic acquisitions.
• Provide strategic advice on market positioning, leasing strategies, and asset marketing to maximize property value and occupancy rates.
• Help maintain and strengthen relationships with clients by understanding their objectives, priorities, and challenges.
• Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and executive summaries summarizing findings, analysis, and recommendations for clients and senior management.

Qualifications:

• A degree in Real Estate, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g. CFA) preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in CRE financial modeling, valuation techniques, and market research.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to synthesize data and convey complex ideas effectively to clients.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant software applications.

Experience:

Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate investment /transaction advisory, private equity, valuation, real estate development finance, investment banking, commercial brokerage, or asset management preferred.

• Familiarity with real estate investment analysis, underwriting, due diligence processes.
• Experience working with CRE investors, developers, lenders, REITs, or real estate funds is a plus.
