Job summary

Altus Group in Toronto is seeking a Real Estate Valuation Analyst for a hybrid role based in our Toronto office.

You will join a collaborative team delivering appraisal, appraisal review, and management across property types, using ARGUS and client workflows to support project delivery. You will develop expertise, become ARGUS certified, and advance within CRE valuation through mentorship from senior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
• Strong writing, research, quantitative and analytical skills; proficient Excel (x-lookups, pivot tables, DCF).
• Willingness to learn, proactive, and collaborative.
• Able to communicate complex data to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Participate in appraisal, appraisal review, and management for various property types.
• Learn ARGUS Enterprise setup, cash flow modeling, and market analysis.
• Support client workflow processes and engagement letters with appraisers.
• Assist in market analysis and ensure appraisal reports align with USPAP guidelines.
• Attend onboarding and obtain ARGUS certification.
