Placements24 is seeking a Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist for its Kimberley-based team. The role focuses on identifying, evaluating, and negotiating the acquisition of investment properties across asset classes. Strong financial analysis and market knowledge are essential.

You will build models, perform due diligence, and manage closing processes while maintaining relationships with sellers, brokers, and legal partners in the Northern Cape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field.
• Master's degree or MBA is a strong advantage.
• Minimum 4 years in real estate acquisitions, investment analysis, or corporate finance.
• Proven track record of identifying, analyzing, and closing real estate transactions.
• Advanced Excel for financial modeling (DCF, NPV, IRR).
• In-depth knowledge of real estate market dynamics, particularly within the Northern Cape.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in Kimberley.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
