Job summary

Right at Home Wandsworth & Lambeth is seeking a Part-Time Carer to support clients in and around Wandsworth & Lambeth. Work mornings or evenings with the London Living Wage (£14.80 per hour, £16.59 with holiday pay).

Join a growing, supportive team providing care at home with paid training and mileage allowances. Responsibilities include personal care, mobility support, light household duties, companionship, and maintaining care plans.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Support with mobility and transferring, ensuring safety at all times
• Help with household chores including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation in accordance with care plans
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Follow individualised care plans to meet specific needs
• Help administer and track medication
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any concerns to supervisors
• Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals to coordinate care
