Louisa Homecare Ltd is seeking compassionate Community Support Workers to join our team in home care. We offer both full-time and part-time positions, providing mileage payments, ongoing training, and a supportive management structure.
You will work across different clients, delivering person-centred care and building meaningful relationships within the local community. Ideal candidates may have care experience or be new to the field, but must be kind, reliable, patient and able to travel
Could You Be the Person Someone Looks Forward to Seeing?
For some people, a visit from their carer is about much more than practical support.
It might be the conversation they have been looking forward to, the reassurance they need to start their day, or the support that enables them to continue living independently in the home they love.
Louisa Homecare Ltd is looking for compassionate, dependable Community Support Workers / Care Assistants to join our team.
We have both full-time and part-time care positions available, making this an opportunity for experienced carers as well as people looking to begin a rewarding career in health and social care.
Care experience can be valuable, but great care starts with the right person.
Alternatively, you may be completely new to care and looking for a career where your personality and values can make a genuine difference.
Working in Domiciliary Care
Unlike working from one fixed location, home care and domiciliary care involve travelling between clients and supporting different people throughout your working day.
Your working pattern may include mornings, evenings and weekends depending on your agreed availability and contracted hours.
Please note: Louisa Homecare Ltd is not currently accepting applications requiring visa sponsorship.
We want our Community Support Workers to understand the person behind the care plan.
That means listening to how someone wants to be supported, respecting their choices and helping them retain as much independence as possible.
Sometimes the smallest things make the biggest difference.
If you're looking for a Care Assistant or Community Support Worker position where you can make a meaningful difference in your local community, we'd like to hear from you.
