Job summary

Bluebird Care Richmond & Twickenham is seeking a compassionate Live-in Care Assistant to support customers in their own homes. You’ll provide personal care, companionship, and help with daily tasks to promote independence and dignity.

Live-in with a client, you’ll follow care plans, complete induction and ongoing training, and join a supportive team with 24/7 guidance. Competitive weekly pay (£827.12–£1081.50) and paid breaks are included.

• Commit to training, professionalism and confidentiality.
• Have a Right to Work in the UK.
• Previous experience is beneficial but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personal care that’s tailored to the customer and encourages their independence.
• Assist with personal care like washing, dressing, toileting and mobility.
• Manage their medication and prep their meals.
• Take care of household tasks like laundry, cleaning, shopping and errands.
• Support customers in staying connected to their community through social activities, hobbies, and visits from loved ones.
• Offer comfort and care through illness, hospital visits, or end-of-life care.
• Work independently while staying connected with our care team for support and guidance.
