Job summary

Arc’teryx in New Westminster, BC is seeking a Raw Materials General Assistant to support stocking, organization, and picking of products in ARC’One. You will collaborate with a small team to meet deadlines and uphold safety standards while maintaining an organized warehouse workspace.

You will stock, replenish, and pick using hand-held scanners, work with ERP and Excel, and may cross-train with senior team members.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of warehouse experience in manufacturing.
• High attention to detail and strong accuracy.
• Strong English verbal and written communication.
• Experience operating hand-held scanners.
• Basic knowledge of Outlook, Excel and ERP systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Excellent organizational skills and flexibility.
• Willing to train others.
• CSA approved steel toe footwear.
• Knowledge of FIFO inventory systems.
• Valid forklift and power pallet jack license.
• Knowledge of Arc’teryx products.
• Passion for outside activities.

Responsibilities

• Stock products in their areas.
• Organize and replenish raw materials for picking accuracy.
• Pick products from picking bin according to order list.
• Maintain daily storage and equipment.
• Uphold health and safety guidelines and stock security.
• Cross-train with senior team member.
• Facilitate effective team communication.
• Follow company regulations to uphold quality and safety.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
