Job summary

Arc’teryx is seeking a Raw Materials General Assistant at ARC’One to support stocking, organizing, and picking of materials. You will work with a small team under the Raw Materials Supervisor to meet deadlines and safety standards in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

You will stock and replenish raw materials, ensure accuracy in picking, operate scanners, and maintain organized storage while complying with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience in manufacturing.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent English communication, both verbal and written.
• Experience operating hand-held scanners in a warehouse setting.
• Basic knowledge of Outlook, Excel and ERP systems.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and flexibility.
• Willing to train other team members.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and tact in difficult situations.
• Proactive in identifying root causes and proposing solutions.
• Balance autonomy with collaboration.
• Committed to finding practical, not always easy, solutions.
• CSA approved steel toe footwear required.

Responsibilities

• Stock products in designated areas.
• Organize and replenish materials to maintain picking accuracy.
• Pick items from picking bins according to the order list.
• Maintain daily storage and equipment in good condition.
• Uphold health, safety, cleanliness, and stock security standards.
• Cross-train with a senior team member to learn additional operations.
• Facilitate effective team communications to maximize productivity.
• Follow company regulations to uphold quality and safety standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
