Job summary

Arc’teryx is seeking a Facilities Coordinator for Arc’One in New Westminster. The role involves hands-on maintenance, furniture assembly, space coordination, and event setup to keep production, distribution, and office spaces safe and organized.

You will work on-site, coordinating with Facilities, Maintenance, and operations teams, while ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely. A service-minded, proactive approach is essential for daily operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities support or similar hands-on roles.
• Ability to perform maintenance and assembly with attention to quality.
• Experience in manufacturing or distribution is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day facilities tasks, minor repairs, and upkeep across spaces.
• Build, assemble, repair, and reconfigure furniture and fixtures to meet needs.
• Support furniture moves and space reconfigurations with relevant teams.
• Walk the facility to identify maintenance needs and hazards, escalating when needed.
• Coordinate with porters and cleaning staff on priorities and cleanliness.
• Set up and take down events and meetings, arranging furniture and signage.
• Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and service reps for visits and quotes.
• Receive deliveries, organize tools and stock supplies, maintain records.
• Respond to facilities requests and keep work orders current through completion.
• Assist with scheduled maintenance by preparing areas and coordinating access.
• Maintain clear walkways and reporting safety concerns.
