Job summary

Refrigerative Supply Limited in Burnaby is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support inventory integrity and order processing. You will pick, pack, stage, and ship orders while maintaining a safe, clean workspace.

The role requires physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand/walk for extended periods, and flexibility for occasional Saturdays. Teamwork and reliability are essential in our fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience is an asset, but not required.
• Highly reliable with exceptional work ethic.
• Able to follow verbal and written instructions with minimal supervision.
• Is open to feedback and takes responsibility for personal development.
• Regularly lift up to 50 pounds unassisted and heavier with assistance; able to stand and walk for long periods.
• Ability to climb, bend, squat, reach, grasp and lift.
• Flexible in work schedule including occasional Saturdays.
• Able to handle multiple tasks and work well with others in a fast-paced environment.
• Energetic and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Receives and puts away product to support inventory integrity.
• Receives product from branch transfers to fulfill customer orders.
• Processes customer backorders and stock replenishment to ensure product availability.
• Picks and prepares shipping orders to meet cutoff times and follows regulatory standards.
• May perform facilities maintenance tasks (sweeping, dusting, mopping).
• Supports customer service by assisting customers in pickup and loading of product.
• Participates in regulatory and company training initiatives.
• Participates in annual inventory.
