Job summary

Perimeter Aviation LP in Manitoba, Canada, is seeking a Northern Stations Agent to support daily station operations. You will assist with check-in, cargo handling, ramp loading/unloading, de-icing where applicable, and coordination with Flight Crew and ground staff to ensure smooth, on-time service.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience.
• Basic understanding of mathematics.
• Indigenous and Cultural Awareness Training considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety and security of the ramp at all times.
• Monitor customer safety during boarding and deplaning and assist customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Assist with checking in passengers.
• Accept cargo shipments and write-up airway bills/release freight to customers.
• Marshall aircraft on the ramp and assist with directing, parking, and handling arrivals and departures.
• Operate motorized equipment where available.
• Fuel all aircraft where applicable.
• Perform physically demanding tasks safely and efficiently.
• Observe safe ground handling procedures and equipment checks.
• Adhere to safety policies and participate in safety training.
• Provide courteous handling of customer baggage and airfreight.
• Assist Flight Crew with off-loads including seat packs.
• Provide positive teamwork and ongoing support to the station.
