Job summary

Ontario University Athletics is seeking an Analyst II to support RAIMS deployment within the Research Services Office at the University of Guelph. You will configure, test, and maintain enterprise applications, while delivering user support and training to faculty, staff, and external partners.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience supporting enterprise software applications, configuration, testing, and user support.
• Experience developing and maintaining system workflows, electronic forms, and configurable business processes.

Responsibilities

• Participate in requirements gathering, configuration, testing and deployment of RAIMS modules.
• Monitor and maintain RAIMS applications; handle upgrades, patches and documentation.
• Provide user support, triage service requests, and deliver training materials and workshops.
