Job summary

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of related experience, combined with approximately two (2) years on the job, for a total of five (5) years to achieve full competency in the position.
• Experience supporting enterprise software applications, including configuration, testing, implementation, maintenance and user support.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the implementation, configuration, testing, and maintenance of RAIMS systems.
• Provide technical user support and issue triage to end users.
• Contribute to delivery, continuous improvement and long-term sustainability of supported applications and services.
• Monitor, maintain and upgrade RAIMS workflows, forms and reports.
• Develop and deliver training materials, job aids and user support documentation.
