Job summary

ACCIONA is seeking an experienced OCS-TPSS Work Package Manager to lead the full lifecycle of overhead catenary and traction power systems on a major Canadian project. You will supervise engineering teams, coordinate interfaces across rail disciplines, and drive procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning with a focus on safety and schedule adherence.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years in railway electrification, proven leadership, and professional certifications such as PMP and P.Eng.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field; Master’s is an asset.
• 7–10 years in railway electrification; experience in railway, metro, or LRT.
• Minimum 3–5 years in a project management or leadership role.
• Certifications: PMP or equivalent; P.Eng. designation or eligibility; safety certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage OCS–TPSS activities across the full project lifecycle.
• Review design constructability and estimate quantities.
• Procurement, manufacturing, installation, testing and commissioning.
• Coordinate interfaces with Civil, Track, Signaling, SCADA systems.
• Oversee on-site installation and safety/compliance.
• Prepare schedules, progress reports and risk/issue logs.
• Support testing, energization and handover readiness.
