Job summary

Accenture Construct seeks a Senior Programme Manager – Electrification to lead (OCS/OLE) electrification programmes, delivering design to handover across rail projects with safety, schedule and cost accountability.

You will oversee multidisciplinary teams, govern programme execution, coordinate with clients and operators, and drive efficiency in construction and energisation activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of experience in the engineering area of rail transportation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; PEng licensure preferred.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams on complex electrification projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior programme leadership from design through handover for electrification projects.
• Lead multiple projects and workstreams within the large electrification programme.
• Ensure safety, schedule, cost, quality and client requirements are met.
• Develop and implement programme execution strategies across design, procurement, construction, testing and energisation.
• Manage contractor relationships and supply chain performance.
