Job summary

Accenture Construct is seeking a Senior Programme Manager – Electrification to lead the delivery of complex railway electrification programmes, including OCS/OLE foundations, substations and power distribution. You will oversee design, procurement, construction, testing and handover, ensuring safety, schedule, cost and quality targets are met.

You will manage multiple workstreams, coordinate with client and partners, and drive integration with wider railway and civil works while upholding

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams on large-scale infrastructure programmes.
• Experience delivering railway electrification projects including OCS/OLE.
• Strong understanding of safety, risk, cost and schedule management.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior leadership from design and procurement through construction, testing and handover.
• Lead multiple projects and workstreams within the electrification programme.
• Coordinate with client, operators, designers and contractors to meet safety and performance targets.
• Develop and implement the programme execution strategy and governance.
