Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of industry experience in railcar inspection, maintenance, and repair.
• Must meet Transport Canada and CPKC criteria for certification as a Rail Car Apprentice or Mechanic.
• Willingness to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage databases and generate incident and issue reports.
• Partner with teams to resolve customer rejects and identify root causes.
• Lead the car setoff process working with operations and repair facilities.
