Job summary

USTBC ABB Installation Products Inc. in Canada is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end electrification service projects. This hybrid role reports to the ELSE Operation Manager and supports on-time delivery and stakeholder alignment.

You will build, mentor, and empower a high-performing PM team, oversee portfolio performance, and drive revenue forecasting, cash flow planning, and continuous improvement in project methods.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in project management, ideally in electrification, energy, or technical service sectors.
• Proven experience leading project management teams and coaching professionals, consistently delivering projects.
• Strong knowledge of project portfolio management, financial forecasting, and business operations.
• Solid understanding of health, safety, and compliance requirements in project execution.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Bilingualism in French and English is considered a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project execution strategies to ensure efficient and on-time delivery of Electrification Service projects.
• Oversee portfolio performance through structured reviews, proactive escalation management, and issue resolution with project managers and senior leadership.
• Own and manage key major projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
• Build, develop, and mentor a high-performing team of project managers by providing tools, training, and support.
• Cultivate strong customer partnerships by understanding their needs, identifying improvement opportunities, and consistently delivering superior service.
• Lead revenue forecasting and cash flow planning to support accurate financial visibility and sustainable business growth.
• Champion continuous improvement across project methodologies, quality standards, and operational processes to drive organizational excellence.
