Accenture Construct- Senior Manager, Delivery Design – Electrification, COM is based in Toronto, ON. This role leads the design of Electrification systems across large programs, coordinating with project managers, engineers, and strategists to deliver safe, sustainable infrastructure.

The position requires a minimum of ten years of leadership and project management experience in Electrification, a Bachelor’s in Engineering, and preference for a PE license.

Qualifications

• Minimum ten years leadership and project management experience in Electrification within the transportation industry/sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Valid Professional Engineering (P.Eng.) license recognized by the PEO is an asset.
• Knowledge of Electrification systems and asset management, with strong leadership and stakeholder skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies, procedures, and work priorities for Electrification systems, including strategic direction and resources.
• Oversee design plans, cost estimates, RFPs, and bid documents for Electrification design.
• Manage regulatory changes affecting Electrification systems and ensure compliance.
• Provide senior leadership oversight to staff and consultants on project teams and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
