AgeCare in Ontario is seeking a registered nurse (RN) or registered practical nurse (RPN) to serve as the RAI Coordinator, responsible for administering, organizing and implementing the MDS across the interdisciplinary team.
The role includes supervising MDS documentation, training care staff, maintaining the assessment schedule, and ensuring timely completions and coding accuracy. Minimum three years in LTC with knowledge of LTC Act is required.

The RAI (Resident Assessment Instrument) Coordinator is responsible for the overall administration, organization, education, co-ordination, and implementation of the Minimum Data Set (MDS) for the interdisciplinary team. Provides supervision and assistance to the interdisciplinary team regarding MDS documentation.
