AgeCare Ltd. is seeking a RAI (Resident Assessment Instrument) Coordinator in Ontario to lead MDS administration and education for the interdisciplinary team. You will supervise MDS documentation and ensure timely coding and timely completion across the residence.
The role requires a RN or RPN in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario and at least three years of clinical or managerial experience in Long Term Care.

The RAI (Resident Assessment Instrument) Coordinator is responsible for the overall administration, organization, education, co-ordination, and implementation of the Minimum Data Set (MDS) for the interdisciplinary team. Provides supervision and assistance to the interdisciplinary team regarding MDS documentation.
Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $72,500.00 per year Salary placement based on qualifications and experience.
