AgeCare in Canada is seeking a RAI MDS Coordinator to lead the administration, organization, and implementation of the Minimum Data Set for the interdisciplinary team. You will supervise and assist team members with MDS documentation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across the residence.
Ideal candidates have a solid Long Term Care background, knowledge of the Long-Term Care Act and Program Standards, at least three years of clinical or leadership experience, and must hold RN or RPN

The RAI (Resident Assessment Instrument) Coordinator is responsible for the overall administration, organization, education, co-ordination, and implementation of the Minimum Data Set (MDS) for the interdisciplinary team. Provides supervision and assistance to the interdisciplinary team regarding MDS documentation.
Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $72,500.00 per year
Salary placement based on qualifications and experience.
