University Health Network in Toronto is seeking a Project Coordinator, Operations within the Radiation Medicine Program to support large-scale capital projects, quality improvements and strategic initiatives.
Reporting to the Senior Manager of RMP Operations, you will coordinate project management, change management and communications with internal teams and external vendors, ensuring timely, clear updates and successful Go-Live activities.

Working under the direction of the Senior Manager of RMP Operations, the “RMP Project Coordinator, Operations” will support project management and change management for large-scale capital projects, quality improvement projects and strategic initiatives at the Radiation Medicine Program; in collaboration with FM-PRO, UHN Digital, Radiation Safety and other UHN departments as required. Additionally, this position will provide project and committee coordination support across a variety of planning and implementation activities.
