The Digital Project Management Office (PMO) team plans and implements key strategic Digital programs and projects to deliver outcomes benefiting UHN and the health system. We apply best practices for managing projects, change, and risk to ensure high quality deliverables, effective coordination of resources, and transparent progress reporting. Members of the PMO work in close partnership with a broad range of stakeholders, bringing the right teams together to streamline the demand, end-to-end delivery, and operational services in order to mobilize change and achieve value. An exciting opportunity is available to showcase your talents as a Project Manager within UHN Digital. This position will lead key initiatives with moderate to complex scope within the Clinical Applications Program, focused on optimizing UHN’s Epic Health Information System (HIS) and advancing integrated care and interoperability. Key projects will focus on Surgical Data Quality and Validation, Implementation of Scheduling solutions, and eReferral system integrations. The Project Manager will collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders to plan, execute, and sustain clinical application, interoperability, and digital transformation initiatives, while independently leading multiple projects and delivering measurable value through strong project management, relationship building, and change leadership.
