Job summary

LightForm is seeking a detail-oriented Quotation Specialist to join our Toronto team. You will prepare accurate quotations, coordinate pricing with manufacturers, and support the sales team through the quotation process.

Responsibilities include reviewing specs and pricing, confirming lead times, ensuring margins, and maintaining data in NetSuite. You will collaborate with Account Executives to meet deadlines and project needs while upholding quotation consistency.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Comfortable working with pricing, margins, discounts, and calculations.
• Ability to manage multiple quotations and deadlines at the same time.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with NetSuite or another ERP/CRM system is an asset.
• Experience with quotations, estimating, sales support, or project coordination is preferred.
• Experience in lighting, electrical, construction, architecture, interior design, or a related industry is an asset.

• Follow up with vendors and internal teams on outstanding information required to complete quotations.
• Assist with complex and large project quotations.
• Maintain consistency in quotation formatting, pricing, and documentation.
• Support the transition of approved quotations to the order and project coordination stage.
