Job summary

Nortera Foods Inc. in Saint-Denis-sur-Richelieu is seeking a Day sterilization operator to support the production line. The role reports to the production foreman and involves overseeing cooking equipment on the evening shift and maintaining logs, with a focus on product safety and process control.

The position offers a permanent contract with a 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. schedule, Monday to Friday, and opportunities for overtime, bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Reporting to the production foreman, the incumbent will be responsible for the proper functioning of the cooking equipment on the evening shift at our Saint-Denis-sur-Richelieu factory.

YOUR DAILY ROLE:

• Monitor and control the progress of the cooking and cooling stages of the products;


• Complete a cooking log;


• Document specific situations that occurred during sterilization (e.g. deviations) and any other anomalies;


• Ensure the correct dosage of chemicals in the cooling water;

YOUR PROFILE:
