Job summary

LMI Technologies seeks a Quality Systems Specialist to maintain and continuously improve the QMS/EMS aligned with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. The role owns the customer complaint process, ensuring timely investigation, root-cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions.

The position drives continual improvement by monitoring quality KPIs and collaborating with process owners to align performance with business and customer expectations. This is a hybrid role based in Burnaby, BC.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field.
• Experience: min 5 years in a quality role with ISO 9001 QMS and ISO 14001 EMS.
• Registrations: ISO 19011:2018 Lead Auditor; internal auditor ISO 9001/14001.
• Proven experience with customer complaints, CAPA, and audits.
• Knowledge of quality tools and standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve QMS/EMS to meet ISO standards and certification requirements.
• Lead internal audits and assist with external audits and findings.
• Own customer complaints handling, logging, investigation, and CAPA actions.
• Monitor quality KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with process owners to align performance with business and customer expectations.
