Job summary

Intero Integrity Services is seeking a Quality Engineer to lead QSHE activities in North America from our Toronto location. You will drive ISO 9001/45001/14001 compliance, audits, CAPAs and continuous improvement across pipeline inspection projects.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong analytical skills and collaboration with engineering, operations and field teams to meet customer specifications and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in ISO management systems and quality assurance.
• Experience auditing and leading CAPA initiatives.
• Knowledge of API/ASME and industry codes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain QSHE system ensuring pipeline inspections meet standards.
• Conduct internal audits and manage CAPA.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations and field teams to improve processes.
• Prepare ITPs, quality reports and KPI dashboards.
