Qualifications

• Strong manufacturing background with quality leadership experience.
• Expertise in ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
• Experience implementing SPC, PPAP, and DFMEA.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement.
• Experience in electronics/industrial automation environments is valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead and strengthen the Quality function and team.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations and Customer Service to drive improvements.
