Job summary

Interior Health Authority is seeking a permanent full-time Lead, Spreading Quality Improvement who will drive quality initiatives across the IH region. The role focuses on supporting physicians and teams to test and spread improvements that enhance patient care and resource use.

The position requires a Master’s degree in a health-related field with QA/training experience and five years of quality improvement leadership in health care, plus strong facilitation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a health-related field with training in quality improvement.
• Five years of recent quality improvement clinical experience in health care services and progressive management experience.
• Equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to promote a culture of quality improvement across teams.
• Facilitate collaboration between physicians, IH leadership and staff to advance improvement initiatives.
• Support data collection, monitoring and analysis of quality metrics to guide project decisions.
• Mentor clinicians and IH leads on quality improvements and spread strategies.
• Coordinate administrative tasks such as meeting planning and reporting to PQI/SQI leadership.
