Role Summary:

As a Quality Engineering Lead (Test Lead), you will lead a team of quality engineers through multidisciplinary planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and enhance quality across the application lifecycle.

Responsibilities :

• Develop end-to-end testing strategies applying business and functional knowledge using quality processes and methodologies.
• Define and implement key metrics to manage and assess testing processes, including test execution and defect resolution.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Identify testable events and develop test cases and scripts.
• Identify and capture test data to support test cases.
• Create reusable test assets leveraging testing processes and tools.

Job Qualifications

Here’s What You Need:

• At least 6+ years of experience in developing test strategies.
• Team lead and management experience.
• Experience in designing and executing test cases.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and develop solutions to meet project needs.
• Client-facing experience with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Willingness to work in-office multiple times a week.
