Working closely with the Software & Platform Engineering Practices Lead, you’ll help implement our quality vision, coach and mentor teams, and improve our testing capabilities through reusable frameworks, accessible testing practices, and shift-left strategies.
This role is ideal for someone who is not only technically strong but also brings soft skills in pedagogy, communication, and simplification, helping teams embrace quality as a shared responsibility.
