Job summary

Pomerleau is seeking a Quality professional to drive quality management on construction projects across Canada. You will deploy and enforce the Quality Plan on site, ensure compliance with contractual requirements and standards, and implement quality controls at each stage.

You will maintain a field presence, support project teams, monitor non-conformities, and participate in site meetings. The role emphasizes continuous improvement, risk identification, and thorough documentation and reporting.

Qualifications

• Formal training in construction or related field.
• Experience in quality management within construction projects.
• Strong on-site understanding and constraint awareness.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and contract requirements.
• Strong documentation skills and comfort with digital tools.

Responsibilities
