Job summary

Infra Pipe Solutions, a leader in engineered polyethylene systems, seeks a QA Manager to oversee plant QC operations and sustain ISO/9001:2015 compliance. You will direct QA staff, coordinate audits, and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing processes.

The role requires strong leadership, data-driven problem solving, and collaboration with engineering and management to ensure product quality and regulatory adherence. On-site in Huntsville, Canada.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of related manufacturing/quality experience.
• Formal training in ISO 9001:2015 and Internal Auditing.
• Experience with QA/QC in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA staff recruitment, training, and performance reviews.
• Maintain Quality Program at plant level and with senior management.
• Set up QC tests and inspections in IQMS and other systems.
• Coordinate ISO/CSA/ASTM/NSF audits and corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement and supplier quality issues.
• Prepare quality reports and data analysis for management.
