Green Infrastructure Partners Inc. is seeking a Construction Quality Manager in Toronto to lead QA/QC for large infrastructure and LRT projects. The role drives QMS compliance, audits, and data integrity, coordinating with clients, contractors, and sub-consultants.

The candidate will manage inspections, testing protocols, and NCR processes while maintaining rigorous documentation and reporting to stakeholders. Strong communication and leadership are essential for success on active sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering is required.
• 5+ years of experience in the construction industry, including supervisory role.
• Experience on large infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with QA/QC platforms and document control tools.
• Proven ability to translate quality metrics into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee construction QA/QC programs across major projects.
• Perform QA testing, inspections, and audits on site.
• Manage QMS documentation and testing plans.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and sub-consultants to address NCRs.
• Prepare progress reports and issue logs for clients.
