Interpro Pipe & Steel Inc. seeks a Quality Control Supervisor to lead inspection and testing activities within the pipe mill, ensuring products meet established quality standards and customer requirements.

You will provide leadership to shop floor teams and collaborate with all levels of the organization to drive cross-functional problem solving for quality improvements. Responsibilities include conducting audits (first piece validation, shift changes), documenting results, and monitoring audit

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in materials or mechanical disciplines.
• 5 years experience in a manufacturing quality department.
• ISO 9001 knowledge and experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and cross-functional collaboration ability.
• Ability to work with both hourly and management ranks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee inspection and testing activities in the pipe mill.
• Perform periodic audits (first piece validation, shift changes) and document results.
• Monitor audit trends and communicate issues to QA and Operations.
• Dispositions for coil, in-process, or finished pipe quality holds.
• Develop and improve written inspection procedures and training materials.
