Role Overview

Mid-level QA Analyst responsible for performing and coordinating testing across one or more functional areas of a product. The role includes communication, escalation responsibilities, and working under the guidance of a Client QA Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• 7-10 years of relevant experience
• Test Point Of Contact (“POC”) for a functional area within a product
• Coordinate testing activities with offshore teams
• Identify key testing challenges and develop initial Test Plans
• Prioritize test plans for specific app releases and launches
• Effectively communicate testing plans, updates, and statuses to the Client QA lead and product team
• Collaborate with stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve issues

API Testing & Validation Skills

• Strong understanding of REST API and Graph API
• Hands-on experience with Postman for API testing
• Ability to validate status codes, response structures, and authentication mechanisms
