Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor/Consultant in Calgary, Canada. The role involves leading cost estimates from concept to execution, analysing tenders, and driving value engineering with clients and consultants.

You will engage in contract and commercial matters, benchmark major projects, and help ensure client goals are achieved within budget and schedule. Hybrid work model offered.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in cost estimating positions across all project phases.
  • A recognized university degree (or equivalent) in Engineering/Construction Management or a relevant subject.
  • Membership in relevant professional organizations is a bonus (CIQS/RICS).
  • Knowledge and proficiency with cost estimating tools.
