Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Calgary seeks a Quantity Surveyor/Consultant with 5+ years of cost estimating experience to lead project cost management from concept to execution.

You will analyse tenders, engage in value engineering and advise on contract commercial matters, guiding client value, risk and performance across major projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in cost estimating positions across all project phases.
• A recognized university degree (or equivalent) in Engineering/Construction Management or a relevant subject.
• Membership in CIQS/RICS is a bonus.
• Knowledge and proficiency with cost estimating tools.
