JFE Shoji Power Canada Inc. in Burlington, Ontario, is seeking a Quality Management System (QMS) Lead to build and sustain a world-class QMS that aligns with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.

You will work cross-functionally to ensure regulatory compliance and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing processes. The role requires 5+ years in QMS within 24/7 manufacturing, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in developing and improving QMS in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.
• ISO 9001 certification with Lead Auditor preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in quality management, engineering, or related field.
• Empathetic change agent with strong EQ to influence stakeholders and drive positive change.
• Proven ability to facilitate multi-functional process mapping and improvements.
• Knowledge of IT platforms with a process-first approach and user adoption focus.
• Strong QMS methods knowledge: CAPA, SCAR, MRB, CX, etc.
• Experience with regulatory audits in manufacturing / medical devices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with leadership presence.
• Proficient in MS365; especially Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint.
• Ability to configure SharePoint for document lifecycle management.

Responsabilités

• Define, improve, and implement QMS processes and standards.
• Ensure alignment with ISO 9001 and regulatory requirements.
• Manage document control and provide a single source of truth.
• Lead internal audits and drive timely corrective actions.
• Support external audits and coaching for continuous improvement.
• Provide QMS training and foster a quality-focused culture.
• Lead data collection and analysis; develop KPIs/KPIs dashboards.
• Identify opportunities for ongoing process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements.
