Job summary

Procom is seeking a QA Analyst for a 4-month remote contract (preferably Alberta-based, open to anywhere in Canada). The role focuses on testing Salesforce FSC and integration components, including both manual and automated testing within a medium-sized team.

Responsibilities include test planning, estimating efforts, executing tests, end-to-end validation, and reporting on testing status. Experience with SAP CRM and Salesforce products is required, with a strong emphasis on privacy and data

Qualifications

• Recognized Computer Science or related Software Development field experience.
• 5+ years in the Quality Assurance and testing field.
• Experience with automated and manual test tools.
• Experience developing and managing all test assets.
• Experience with SAP CRM, Salesforce CRM, and Salesforce FSC.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Configuration, Development, and Deployment.
• Familiarity with Financial Services Industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop test plans, cases, and scripts using a risk-based approach.
• Execute testing of Salesforce product and all integration components.
• Assist in end-to-end testing of all components.

• Use preventative testing techniques such as peer reviews and walkthroughs.
