The Purchasing & Inventory Coordinator is responsible for managing the company's purchasing and inventory functions to ensure equipment, materials, and supplies are sourced, purchased, received, tracked, and reconciled accurately and efficiently.
This role develops strong vendor relationships, sources products and services, negotiates pricing and payment terms, processes purchase orders, maintains inventory accuracy, and supports capital expenditure tracking. Working closely with Accounting and Operations, the successful candidate helps ensure inventory integrity, cost control, and timely procurement to support business operations.
These responsibilities are currently shared across departments, and you will help bring the day-to-day work together in one dedicated role. Training on our equipment, systems, and processes will be provided, with support from the team as you learn.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.
