Salesforce Partner Canada seeks a Solution Architect to lead one or more workstreams in enterprise engagements, partnering with key collaborators to drive the vision and deliver key deliverables. They act as hands-on advisors with strong communication and Salesforce know-how to deliver customer ROI.

Ideal candidates have deep Salesforce configuration experience, enterprise project leadership, and travel readiness to engage with clients across Canada.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in enterprise-level projects using both waterfall and agile methodologies.
• Extensive Salesforce configuration and customization experience.
• Ability to define system architecture landscapes and deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Experience leading discovery sessions and writing detailed user stories.
• Strong presentation and verbal/written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel ~25% across Canadian sites.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to the client and guide project success.
• Lead internal initiatives to grow the consulting practice and contribute knowledge.
• Drive rationalization and deployment of new technologies to increase value.
• Communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse client audiences.
• Identify risks and drive resolution to keep programs on track.
• Review project direction and ensure solutions are extendable and maintainable.
• Articulate strategy to enable Salesforce technologies and platforms.
